PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT, LIABILITY WAIVER & MEDIA RELEASE

By registering for or participating in this Event, you agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation may involve physical activity including walking, crouching, crawling, bending, light running, and interaction with props, lighting, and enclosed spaces.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Fitness & Eligibility

You confirm that:

• You are physically and mentally fit to participate.

• You do not have any medical condition that would make participation unsafe.

• You are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• You meet the minimum age requirement (if applicable).

• You acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and agree not to sue the Event organizers, owners, staff, contractors, sponsors, venue operators, and affiliates for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from your participation — including claims based on negligence.

4. Conduct & Property

You agree to follow all staff instructions and behave responsibly. You may be removed without refund for unsafe, reckless, or disruptive behavior. You are financially responsible for any intentional or reckless damage to property, equipment, or the venue.

5. Filming & Media Consent

This Event may be filmed, livestreamed, and photographed. By participating, you grant the organizers irrevocable permission to record and use your name, likeness, voice, and image for promotional, commercial, and entertainment purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.

6. Recording Restrictions

You may not distribute or publish any footage, puzzles, solutions, or behind-the-scenes content from the Event without prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All escape room designs, puzzles, branding, and event materials are the exclusive property of the organizers and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercialized.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

9. Acknowledgment

By checking the agreement box and registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions and are waiving certain legal rights.

If you do not agree, do not register or participate in the Event.
